3S House is a villa design for a site in the South of Vietnam. One a land of 600m2, the architects have designed the house with 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining room, family room, a small gallery integrated in the living room, and an altar room; the first floor also has a flexible rest room if there is a elderly person or a guest. The landscape on masterplan includes a swimming pool and garden with an artificial water pond. Basically, this is also the criterion for a medium-sized villa in Vietnam today. There is also a private garage can accommodate a 7-seat car and several bicycles and motorbikes. The technical part for the swimming pool is planned to be installed near here. They have the same roof whose blank space is currently equipped with solar panels.

The overall layout of this house includes 3 main blocks excluding the garage which is attached to the border. For main functions on the 1st floor, we separated the two blocks to have a landscape space in the middle for trees and a shallow artificial lake. This space of trees and water is not only for viewing but also for cooling as there are winds. This area also leads to the swimming pool indirectly. In addition to the internal landscape created by the designer on the land, behind the house there is a small river which is a existing natural landscape that is worth to pay attention, the architects consequently have tried to create views from the back volume of the villa to the river as well as arrange some spaces for sitting and relaxing in the river atmosphere.
